The Summer Babe
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Hendrick's Gin
- 1/4 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz white peach purée
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Dry Rosé , to finish
- Basil , to garnish
Instructions
- MUDDLE 3 basil leaves.
- ADD gin, Aperol, peach purée, lemon juice, simple syrup and muddled basil leaves to a cocktail shaker.
- SHAKE and strain into an ice-filled glass.
- FINISH with dry rosé.
- GARNISH with basil.
